What inspired you to become an Athletic Therapist?:
As an athlete in high school I injured myself repeatedly and thought it would be great to understand how to help myself and prevent injuries as there was no such service located in the small Saskatchewan town I grew up in.
What is the one piece of advice you give every client that you wish everyone knew?:
Ageing is inevitable, but we can age with grace if we simply prepared for it instead of prevented it.
