  Wanting to help people feel better, move better, recover better

• What is the one piece of advice you give every client that you wish everyone knew?:

  That injuries that are untreated don't just heal and go away, they continue to have an effect on your body and your future health

• What do people find most surprising about AT?:

  That we work in both the field and the clinic and how knowledgeable we are

• Describe your proudest moment or greatest success as an AT:

  Working with Rugby Canada and going to the World Cup with the women's National team as the head therapists

• Share a little known fun fact about yourself or some interesting trivia about your life.:

  I love to travel and have been to over 30 countries, if I wasn't an AT I wanted to host one of those travel TV shows
