• What inspired you to become an Athletic Therapist?:

  I've always played sports growing up and loved being in the environment. I knew I probably couldn't play sports all my life, but I still wanted to be involved in the sporting community. I suffered many injuries in my sporting career and know how important rehabilitation is through, school and own experience.

• What is the one piece of advice you give every client that you wish everyone knew?:

  Rehabilitation takes time and you need to put the work in to see the results.

• What do people find most surprising about AT?:

  How knowledgeable they are about the human body and injuries.
