What inspired you to become an Athletic Therapist?:
In High School I took a Sport Medicine class and loved learning about the body, and it is in my nature to help people. I also love being active and watching sports.
What is the one piece of advice you give every client that you wish everyone knew?:
Stretch before strengthening, and the power of the "W" position to strengthen the back & correct shoulder imbalances.
What do people find most surprising about AT?:
That we can treat any type of injury, and they don't have to be an athlete.
Describe your proudest moment or greatest success as an AT:
When I teach people a simple stretch or movement that they get the most results from.
Share a little known fun fact about yourself or some interesting trivia about your life.:
I have traveled to 5 continents and 16 countries for pleasure.
