  My injury journey as teenager inspired me to help others return to sports safely and efficiently

• What is the one piece of advice you give every client that you wish everyone knew?:

  You won't see long term results unless you put in the work, passive treatments only help with short term effects not long term recovery.

• What do people find most surprising about AT?:

  That we are specially trained to work in the clinic as well as the field

• Describe your proudest moment or greatest success as an AT:

  Being part of teams to win gold medals at the JWHL ( junior women's hockey league) and with team Alberta at the Canada winter games with women hockey
