• What inspired you to become an Athletic Therapist?:

  My cousin was the therapist with the Saskatchewan Roughriders for 38ish years and after quitting hockey, I still wanted to be part of a team and help athletes. Spent some time with the Medicine Hat Tigers and loved it. Subsequently went to U of C, then MRU and here we are 18 years later.

• What is the one piece of advice you give every client that you wish everyone knew?:

  If you are not getting better treatment after treatment, it is not working, need to try something else.

• What do people find most surprising about AT?:

  That it is for more than just athletes, it is for the active population!

• Describe your proudest moment or greatest success as an AT:

  Seeing where the Canadian Pro Rodeo Sport Medicine Team has come from since I started in 2003.
