• What inspired you to become an Athletic Therapist?:

  Dale Butterwick was the Head Athletic Therapist at UofC when I was a student there, and his passion for helping athletes inspired me to become an Athletic Therapist too.

• What is the one piece of advice you give every client that you wish everyone knew?:

  You are the expert when it comes to your own body, you just need to listen to it!

• What do people find most surprising about AT?:

  That we can work with anyone, even if they don't think they are an athlete!

• Describe your proudest moment or greatest success as an AT:

  Every time someone 'gets' a new connection or way of moving that they weren't able to before.

• Share a little known fun fact about yourself or some interesting trivia about your life.:

  My non-essential super-power is untying knots; string, thread, necklaces, yarn... give me a knot and I will get it untangled!
