Q&A:

  • My desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those dealing with chronic pain and striving for a high quality, active lifestyle is what inspired me to pursue a career as a clinical athletic therapist. Being an active individual myself, I find it rewarding to be able to work with a wide demographic where I can develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. I am passionate about utilizing my knowledge to help people achieve their next goal, no matter how big or small, and knowing that my service can contribute to their success stories.

  • Your recovery process is never linear. There will always be slight turbulences such as set backs and flare ups in your recovery while moving in an upward trend. With the appropriate manual and exercise therapy, taking a proactive approach to treat the root cause of pains/ injuries will not only get you back to living pain free, but also achieving a better quality of life, when movement is optimized.

  • ATs can treat and operate independently without being under the shadows of other health care practitioners. ATs can be 100% clinical, treat and manage various chronic pains and conditions besides acute injuries management.

  • Started a clinic during the pandemic in 2020, creating various career opportunities for fellow Athletic Therapists to help more people that are suffering chronic pains and whom may have lost hope in the health care system.
